This policy describes what information Hotline Sports collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to use plain English and collect only what we need to deliver the service.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the service, and limited information from third parties that help us operate Hotline Sports.
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile details you choose to provide. We use this information to identify you, authenticate your access, and communicate about the service.

You may provide a ZIP code or location so we can tailor broadcast availability, regional sports networks, and blackout awareness. You can change or clear this information in your account settings.
Favorite Teams, Leagues, and Services
We store the teams, leagues, and TV or streaming services you select so we can personalize your watch plan, Hot Zone alerts, and Game Day experience. You can update or remove these selections at any time.
Hotline / Call Interaction Data
When you use the AI Hotline, we may process your request, the topic of the call, and the response generated so the feature can work and so we can improve accuracy and reliability. We do not sell hotline interactions.
